Most House of Kutch works available on the website are ready-to-ship collectible objects.
Ready-to-Ship Works
Orders are generally dispatched within:

Handmade, Limited Edition & Made-to-Order Works
Certain works may involve hand-finishing, preparation, bespoke production, or artisan-led processes and may require:
Approximately 2–4 weeks
Bespoke or Commissioned Works
Timelines for commissioned, customised, or bespoke works shall be communicated separately through direct correspondence.

All timelines are approximate and may occasionally vary depending on production schedules, artisan timelines, logistics conditions, holidays, weather disruptions, customs procedures, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. COURIER & LOGISTICS PARTNERS
Orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics and courier partners selected according to shipment type, destination, and handling requirements.
House of Kutch reserves the right to determine the most suitable logistics partner for safe and reliable delivery.
5. DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
For select premium, fragile, collectible, or higher-value shipments, House of Kutch may require delivery acknowledgement or signature confirmation upon receipt.
Customers are requested to ensure availability at the shipping address to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.
6. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders:
Customs duties, import taxes, local charges, destination-country fees, or related government levies (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer.
House of Kutch is not responsible for customs-related delays, inspections, additional charges, or local import regulations applicable in destination countries.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders responsibly and within reasonable timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Remote delivery locations
- Customs processing
- High shipping volumes
- Force majeure or events beyond reasonable control
Estimated timelines should therefore be understood as indicative and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
House of Kutch shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return shipments, or additional charges arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information.
9. TRANSIT DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM
In the event of:
- Transit damage, or
- Receipt of an incorrect item
customers must notify House of Kutch within 48 hours of delivery by writing to connect@hokutch.com with supporting photographs.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for ease of process in case of transit-related concerns, as it helps us work more efficiently with our courier and logistics partners while reviewing claims.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

10. LOST, FAILED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
In rare circumstances where shipments are returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, or non-availability of the recipient, House of Kutch reserves the right to review re-shipping requests on a case-by-case basis.
Additional shipping charges may apply where re-dispatch is requested.
